Aurelian Holdings Co., LLC is a privately held real estate acquisition company founded in 2026 and headquartered in Hoover, Alabama. We purchase residential properties, multi-family properties, and land across Central Alabama directly from owners — with no agents, no commissions, and no repairs required from the seller.
We were founded with a straightforward philosophy: sellers in this market are routinely given one number and told to take it or leave it. We believe that is the wrong way to do business. Every seller we work with receives two offers — a cash offer and an owner-financed offer — so they can make a genuinely informed decision based on their own financial situation and timeline.
We are a licensed notary on staff and work with established Alabama title companies on every transaction. We are not a real estate brokerage, and we are not licensed agents. We are buyers — private, direct, and local.
Two offers, always. We do not make one offer and walk away if you say no. We present a cash purchase price and an owner-financed purchase price at the same time, in plain language, and we let you take your time comparing them. If neither works for you, that is a valid answer.
Transparency before commitment. Before you sign anything, you will know exactly what you are receiving, how the transaction is structured, and what happens after closing. We encourage sellers to have their own attorney review documents before signing. We have nothing to hide and no interest in creating confusion.
No ultimatums. We do not use expiring offers to manufacture urgency. Real estate decisions are significant. We would rather you take the time you need than make a decision you regret.
